Available for an ArcGIS organization licensed with the Indoors extension.
Plan summaries
You can see a summary of information regarding the currently selected plan, such as plan details, descriptions, and ownership. To access this information, do the following:
- Click the Options button
in the upper-left of Space Planner. - Click Summary.
Export space plans
Once you finish a plan and it meets the needs of the organization, you can export it in CSV format for use in other applications.
Note:
Only changes made to people assignments are included in the exported file.
- Click the Options button in the upper-left of Space Planner.
- Click Export.
- Optionally choose what you want to export.
You can include all changes or customize changes to only include assignments for units, hotels or hot desks.
- Click Download to view the CSV file.
Merge space plans
Reviewed and finished space plans can be incorporated into your GIS data by merging the currently active plan to the default plan for your organization.
- Click the Options button in the upper-left of Space Planner.
- Click Merge.
